 The Playbook is an attractive piece of technology. The front is entirely free from buttons and surrounding the screen is a bezel, which isn’t just for aesthetic purposes, but is also touch responsive. Weighing 408g, the Playbook feels far more solid that the 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab.
 

Instead of Android, Windows or even Blackberry OS, the Playbook runs the new QNX operating system. Currently used in numerous industrial applications, from space station to router, it’s designed to be exceptionally powerful and
one of the highlights is the way it can handle multitasking.
