Mobile networks fight for Apple iPad deal
Stateside, Apple chose AT&T as its launch partner, as it did with the iPhone – in Britain, Apple execs will meet with O2, Vodafone and Orange.

Rumours have it, unlike the exclusive deal struck with O2 for the iPhone, that the iPad will not be offered to a single network alone, giving all three major players a stab at having it.
But if there’s any chance of exclusivity you can bet O2, Vodafone and Orange will do whatever they can do to secure the deal.
