Please do not follow the advice given you by the other poster to mess about
with your defrag settings. I don't think this could possibly have anything
to do with your issue and you could make things far worse.
Do look in Event Viewer to see if anything is shown as failing.

But I would also not forget the hardware. It sounds like the power supply
could be going and the hard drive stops spinning. Are you able to
troubleshoot the hardware yourself? If not, take the machine to a competent
local computer tech. This will not be a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of
place.

I'm using Windows logo kit v1.4 to test my WinUSB driver. When testing "220
Run INFTest against a single INF", the test fail.

We have 3 servers and I have set VSS to run on all the data drives and 2 of
the servers are ok and have shadow copies twice a day for weeks but the
other server only has copies for 1 day, a 7:00am and 12:00pm copy. I have
applied the KB940349 patch but it hasn't helped.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
