For being a current/loyal customer… you get to pay $530 instead of the $180 that everyone else pays.

It’s a good strategy though, people won’t know about the bugs and laggy UI and crashes until AFTER they purchase it.

My girlfriend’s Nexus arrived today. The phone is fast. I am impressed with its capabilities. The voice recognition by Google is quite accurate.

LOL Zero chance of that happening. Most cell phone providers are all about making it look good while spending minimal amounts of cash on improvements.

I’d gladly bet they’re just going to stick with what they have.

Hey I talked to customer retentions and told them I have been a customer for a long time and I think I deserve some sort of customer appreciation and sure enough they qualified me for an upgrade just like that. Customer Retentions is the place to get directed to when you want something because if you threaten to leave its their job to retain you. Just a FYI instead of dealing with other branches that don’t do crap for you.
