Adobe has hit back over Apple boss Steve Jobs’ criticism of its Flash Player.
Jobs was reported this week as calling the Flash developer “lazy” and the application “buggy” which is why the player isn’t on the iPhone or the iPad.

But Adobe CTO Kevin Lynch has hit back on the company blog.
He expressed surprise that the iPad will not be supporting Flash, adding that with 85% of "top websites" using Flash content Apple were really missing out.
Lynch pointed out that Adobe were about to deliver Flash 10.1 for all the top smartphone manufacturers bar Apple.
On the issue of instability, Lynch writes that Adobe don’t ship out Flash with known crash bugs and if it was a widespread problem that application would not have achieved its market dominance.
